Yara renews Frame Agreement with Beerenberg

Beerenberg, one of our corporate members, has secured a sizeable five-year contract with Yara Norge, with potential extensions. This agreement, valued between NOK 50 million and NOK 100 million, strengthens their collaboration in the Grenland region. CEO Arild Apelthun expressed enthusiasm about continuing their successful partnership at Herøya.

Beerenberg has signed a new frame agreement with Yara Norge AS for scaffolding services.

The new frame agreement is categorised as a sizeable (1) contract and has a firm duration of five years with potential for further extensions.

Beerenberg looks forward to continuing to provide such services to Yara Norge in the Grenland region.

(1) A sizeable contract is defined to be between NOK 50 million and NOK 100 million.
(2) A substantial contract is between NOK 100 million and NOK 200 million.
(3) A large contract is over NOK 200 million.
